Kisaragi, who was transformed into a cyborg through human experimentation, is now under pressure from several organizations. These include a coven of immortal vampires seeking to conquer Tokyo, an order of knights with eternal lives, and the Yakuza, who wish to avenge their leader's murder. Despite feeling that he has no purpose in life, Kisaragi refuses to let these groups harm him. He will rely on his cyborg body, unique "blood," and any other resources at his disposal to make a daring escape.
