The narrative takes place within an aged Western-style medical facility where Takumi is currently being held captive. Following a recent accident, Takumi has developed some unusual talents. He possesses the ability to perceive the "echoes" of past occurrences that are enshrined in various corners of the hospital. Additionally, when he dozes off, he can enter other individuals' minds. Along with Amano Aki, Takumi endeavors to uncover the enigmatic history concealed within the hospital walls. Meanwhile, Yanagi Hiroko, a physician, seeks to investigate Takumi's extraordinary gift.
