Momoko Asuka  

Momo-chan, 飛鳥ももこ

Momoko, also known as Momo-chan, originally hails from Japan but relocated to America with her father for his job at a young age. This move caused her to forget all of her Japanese language skills. She first appears in the third season of the series, Motto, where she is sent by Jou-sama to assist Doremi and her friends in baking sweets. Momoko is known for being loud, hyperactive, and sometimes blunt. Despite this, she develops a close friendship with Doremi. At eight years old, Momoko became a witch under the tutelage of Majomonroe. Tragically, when Majomonroe fell ill and passed away, Momoko attempted to use forbidden magic in an attempt to revive her mentor. However, this failed, resulting in the loss of her own magical abilities. Nevertheless, Momoko is given a second chance. One notable aspect of Momoko is that she only spoke English during Motto, as she had not yet learned the language when she was a witch. Her friends believed she could speak Japanese by Dokkan, but Momoko would sometimes comment with English phrases like "Wow!" Nonetheless, Momoko does not have any romantic interests. Momoko's birthday is May 6th, her favorite color is yellow, and her instrument of choice is the guitar. She lives with her parents.
