Montana Max, 少佐

A high-ranking officer in the SS during World War II was tasked with leading a project aimed at creating an army of Nazi vampires. After being defeated in Poland by Alucard and Walter, he and his officers fled to South America. Although initially intended to secure Germany's victory in WWII, the original purpose of the Vampire project has been replaced by this officer's own agenda, which involves promoting endless war and destruction. Despite claiming to be human, it is believed that he may have undergone some form of alteration that allows him to maintain his youth since the end of the war, possibly due to work done by Doc.
