The objective of Dr. Uiros was to gain control over the world through a modified human army using his scientific knowledge. However, he and his assistant, Dr. Kochin, along with their laboratory were trapped in ice as if the heavens disapproved of their cruel experiments. Despite this, Kochin managed to save Uiros's brain and put it into a robotic body. Fifty years later, Kochin retrieved the Dragon Balls and wished for Shenlong to release them from their icy prison. Once freed, Uiros became fixated on finding the world's strongest man so that he could have his own brain transplanted into him.
