In the slums of Japan, there lived a young man named Ryuunosuke Akutagawa. He was known for being able to fight off anyone who tried to harm his sister, Gin, or his friends. However, things took a turn for the worse when criminals attacked his gang, killing them all. Determined to avenge his friends, Akutagawa found himself on the brink of death. Just when he thought all was lost, a mysterious man dressed in black appeared and promised to take care of Gin until Akutagawa was ready to challenge him again. Four years have passed since then, but there is still no sign of the man in black or Gin. Despite this, Akutagawa continues to search for her. One day, he is invited by Sakunosuke Oda to join the Armed Detective Agency, which provides him with an opportunity to finally get some leads on Gin's whereabouts. However, he soon discovers that Gin is being guarded by none other than Osamu Dazai, the leader of Port Mafia, and his successor, Atsushi Nakajima - also known as "White Reaper." In order to save his sister, Akutagawa must overcome his weaknesses and make the ultimate sacrifice.
