A tourism promotion anime featuring kiryu, located in gunma prefecture, and ashikaga, situated in tochigi prefecture. these two cities are close to each other, just a 30-minute drive apart, and share similar cultural heritage. each episode will focus on the lives of people (hito) and time periods (toki) in kiryu and ashikaga during one season.
