Deku and his classmates from UA High's hero course are taking part in a safety program on Nabu Island. They assist citizens with small tasks and chores to improve their skills and gain experience in everyday heroics. However, their peaceful existence is threatened by the emergence of a new villain named Nine, who seeks a specific quirk to fulfill his plan of creating a society where only those with powerful quirks dominate. As Nine attacks Nabu Island, securing its citizens becomes the top priority for Class 1-A. Defeating Nine along with his accomplices is also necessary. Initially, a straightforward strategy is adopted until Katsuma Shimano, whom Deku had befriended, requires special protection. Deku and his classmates must now devise a plan to safeguard Katsuma at all costs. With Nine causing chaos to find the catalyst for his evil plans and Katsuma at risk of harm, can Deku and his friends succeed in saving the day or will they be overwhelmed by an impossible situation?
