With the help of their tutor Fuutarou Uesugi, the Nakano quintuplets are making academic progress despite facing challenges on their path to graduation. However, as they continue to create situations that hinder any actual tutoring, Fuutarou becomes more involved in their personal lives, making their relationship with each other more complex. Additionally, Fuutarou starts to recognize that there may be a connection between him and his past that he thought he had shared with one of the quintuplets. As emotions begin to develop among them, will they be able to maintain their bond as teacher and students or will it evolve into something else?
