Asakusa Midori is feeling discouraged about creating her own anime and doesn't know where to start. She meets Mizusaki Tsubame, who secretly wants to become an animator but hasn't found the motivation yet. With Sayaka, their best friend who loves money, they work together towards making their dream a reality.
