Canary wa Kago no Naka  

Sakumi is a student who has been betrayed by her boyfriend and now owes a lot of money. She's desperate for help and turns to a man who runs a "gentlemans service." He confines her in a room 24/7, only allowing her out to perform tasks. In the room, she meets Mana Fujidoh, a mysterious young girl.
