In an alternate dimension known as the Sixgate world, two mad scientists named Professor Hiiragi and Count Collection have managed to open a portal that connects to our own reality. The professor's daughter Rokuna and her friend Mondo are recruited by him to become the Mon Colle Knights and assist in obtaining six magical items that can be used to either bring peace between worlds or take over the minds of all monsters. These items, when combined, have the power to alter reality itself. While this information is based on the Japanese version, it has also been adapted for the Jetix airing.
