The 30th Anniversary Episode of "Locke the Superman, Mirror Ring" is titled "Run, Elena, and the Abandoned Programs." The federal administrative computer, Elena, tried to start the previous Imperial Plan again. When Locke discovered this, he set out to stop it. However, the federal administration also detected something abnormal and started moving. Run and Near chased Locke as confusion expanded throughout the entire Galaxy.
