A university student named sendō kazuki stumbled upon the world of doujinshi when he attended a gathering within the community. there, individuals were creating and selling their own comic books that were inspired by fans rather than professional writers. at first, kazuki was hesitant to participate; however, as he encountered passionate people who were dedicated to producing doujinshi, his interest gradually grew. this series is based on a video game called "comic party," which has a different setting from the television show of the same name. in this version, the main characters are college students named kazuki, taishi, and mizuki instead of high schoolers like in the tv series. the narrative begins after kazuki becomes acquainted with other individuals within the community.
