The Gundam Evolve series is a collection of short films that come with specific model kits and are shown at conventions. These films feature various side-stories, alternate scenes, and bonus omake from across the entire Gundam universe. They use a combination of animation styles, including traditional cels, 3-D CG rendering, and cel-shaded 2-D animation. The shorts typically range in length from 3 to 5 minutes and cover events such as Domon Kasshu's training with Rain Mikamura from G Gundam, Amuro Ray's battle against Quess Paraya from Chars Counterattack, Kamille Bidan's training with the Gundam Mk.II from Zeta Gundam, and Canard Pars' duel with Prayer Reverie from the Gundam SEED X Astray manga.
