The story you are referring to is a sequel that follows two renowned characters, Wind & Cloud. At the Sword Worship Villa, which is known as the best sword maker in the world, its people were brutally executed due to accusations of plotting a rebellion. Only Ao Jue, the young master of the villa, survived. To finish his family's legacy and complete the "Jue" Sword, he vowed to confront Tin Ha Wui and fight alongside Wind & Cloud in order to obtain the blood of the Flame Kylin. This blood would grant him the power to unleash the sword's full potential. With Wind's blood containing that of the Flame Kylin, he became Ao Jue's primary target for completing his mission.
