Gootaman, also known as Black Buddha, has returned and plans to avenge the harm caused by the PR Academy's terrorizing gang. However, her alter ego Mari has developed romantic feelings for Tobishima, the leader of the group responsible for the attacks. Despite their love, Tobishima has been assigned a mission to kill Gootaman, who is known for being bare bottomed.
