According to an old legend, if a tattoo is drawn flawlessly, it will come alive. Reiko Kure is a female detective who was involved in a gruesome massacre where thirteen members of the mafia were brutally murdered. The only survivor was Ema Nozomi, who was left at the scene. She has been taken into protective custody. However, all men who were with her were killed and all women were raped. There are no leads except for the intriguing tattoo on Ema's hand, which depicts a demon perfectly.
