Domo-kun  

どーもくん

An unusual creature emerges from an enigmatic egg and forms friendships with numerous animals. It settles down in Osajiis burrow, where it learns about the wonders of everyday life. As of now, there are at least 37 episodes on TV featuring Domo-kun. These were released as a DVD set in Japan in July 2009.
