The members of Seigaku High School's regular soccer team participate in a friendly game aboard a cruise ship. However, upon arrival, they learn that the event is being organized by an unscrupulous millionaire with ties to illegal gambling and betting operations. This wealthy individual demands that the team lose the match intentionally. To make matters worse, one of the players on the opposing team introduces himself as Ryoma's brother.
