True Tears Epilogue  

A three-minute long music video was included in the Blu-Ray version release, which came after the credits of episode 13 and served as an "epilogue." However, it depicted events that occurred between the last scene featuring Hiromi and Shinichiro and the actual epilogue with Noe and her new friends. Additionally, this animated adaptation was based on the three drama CDs released on June 25, 2008.
