The story revolves around five rival supernatural factions that have been at odds with each other for an unknown period of time. It is said to date back to the beginning of the Aquarian Age. As Kyouta begins experiencing visions of mystical girls fighting, he realizes that they are not just figments of his imagination but actually exist. Along with his girlfriend Yoriko, he becomes entangled in this ancient conflict and finds himself responsible for protecting Earth and ensuring the continuation of the Aquarian Age.
