The fourth Hamtaro game is considered a prequel in Japan. It was released as an Olympics tribute in 2004. In this version of the game, Prince Bo assigns Hamtaro and his friends to light the everlasting torch for Hamcropolis. However, the Rainbow Girls oppose them and chase after the Ham-Hams.
