Yuusuke Yotsuka has always been against Tokyo and its people. He prefers living in a virtual world rather than interacting with others. One day at school, he sees Iu Shindou talking to Kusue Hakozaki, who spends less time in class due to illness. However, when he looks away from them for a moment, they seem to have vanished. Suddenly, Yotsuya finds himself falling freely and the world around him begins to change. He lands in a large pool of water and sees an array of enormous monsters upon awakening. Shindou and Hakozaki brought him into this game world, where he must complete a quest within 14 days. The only difference between this realm and reality is that those who die will be revived after 30 seconds as long as one party member remains alive. Yotsuya, along with Shindou and Hakozaki, embarks on numerous challenging missions to unravel the enigma of this bizarre game world.
