Despite popular belief, dragons are not mythical creatures in london as statistics show that 72% of the city's deaths are caused by them. however, due to their elusive nature, people remain unaware of their existence. on the other hand, there is a parallel universe called "reverse london" where dragons can be seen with the naked eye. in this dimension, ninny spangcole works as a "witch" at wing bind, an organization that hunts and eliminates dragons to safeguard both londons using magic. alongside her partner noel niihashi, she also protects baldo ywain parks, who has a unique bond with these creatures. for nearly a century, the group had successfully kept dragon attacks at bay. however, their peace was shattered when baldos presence inadvertently summoned a dark dragon that wreaked havoc on the city. to make matters worse, ninny's former bandmate and another powerful dragon appeared in reverse london, causing even more chaos. despite these challenges, wing bind continues to work tirelessly to maintain safety for both londons.

Burn the Witch is based on an action fantasy one-shot manga by Tite Kubo and takes place in the Bleach universe.In October 2020, Burn the Witch collaborated with the mobile gacha game Bleach: Brave Souls, where Ninny Spangcole, Noel Niihashi, and Bruno Bangnyfe feature as playable characters.
