Yuuta Segawa has recently begun his freshman year at university. One day, his sister Yuri asks him to take care of her daughters Hina, Sora, and Miu while she and her husband go on a business trip overseas. Although Yuuta initially resents the task, he eventually agrees due to his deep love for his sisters. However, tragedy strikes when their plane goes missing and all passengers are presumed dead. In an attempt to keep the three girls together, Yuuta defies his family's wishes and takes them in as his own. Now, the four of them must navigate this new and unfamiliar situation: Yuuta must balance his responsibilities as a member of the Street Observation Research Society, a club for people watching, with his role as a father figure to Hina, Sora, and Miu while they come to terms with the loss of their parents.
