Morimura Yuuki is a high school music teacher who serves as the concert master and first violinist for the Fujimi Orchestra. Recently, Tonoin Kei, a young conductor known for his musical genius, joined the orchestra to conduct. Despite being strict, Tonoin's leadership resulted in significant improvements in the group's performances. However, Yuuki felt that his efforts were no longer needed and discovered that he had been harboring feelings for Tonoin for three years. Realizing this, Yuuki decided to end things with Tonoin and leave the orchestra. But before he could quit, Tonoin confessed his love for Yuuki, revealing that he was gay. This revelation left Yuuki feeling confused and led to a misunderstanding.
