For five consecutive years, Takato Saijou has been named "Sexiest Man of the Year." He is a seasoned actor with 20 years of experience. Despite acknowledging his above-average good looks, Takato views the title as a fitting reflection of his career success. However, when Junta Azumaya, who debuted just three years ago, takes over the "Sexiest Man of the Year" title, Takato experiences initial shock followed by hostile jealousy. Even in their new drama, Junta seems to have surpassed him, consistently getting under his skin. What makes matters worse is that Junta's actions are accompanied by a bright smile and kind words. Takato's animosity reaches its boiling point when he encounters Junta while drunk. In an attempt to protect his own image, Takato confronts the junior actor with harsh language and angry comments. This presents an opportunity for Junta, who records the encounter on video. With the footage of Takato picking a fight with a co-star now available online, Junta can use it as leverage to blackmail him. When Junta demands silence from Takato in exchange for his cooperation, Takato is taken aback. He discovers that his motivations are not related to advancing his career but rather revolve around Juntas sexual terms.
