In Little Monica, a city known for culture and arts, an orphan named Will returns after many years of absence. His purpose is to contribute to the city and reunite with his childhood friend Celia. However, without realizing it, things have taken a turn for the worse in Little Monica since he last visited. It has become a hub of degeneration rather than high culture. The challenge for Will is whether he can resist the temptations that the city offers or if he will succumb to them. With assistance from Celia and her sisters Tina and Mei, as well as Miss Meow, they aim to restore Little Monica to its former glory.
