An aspiring author named Yuu Nagami frequently competes in writing contests but has not won any of them yet. Despite this setback, he remains determined to become a better writer. When he checks out the list of winners from his latest competition, he discovers that Chikai Towano was the top scorer. Upon further investigation, Yuu finds out that behind the pen name is none other than his sister Suzuka-someone he never thought would be an author. Suzuka confides in her brother and asks him to take on her identity as Chikai Towano until she publishes a book of her own. As long as Yuu continues posing as the pen name, he uses this opportunity to enhance his writing abilities and meet new people along the way.
