The Season Fairies are responsible for controlling the weather through the use of unique musical instruments. They control wind, snowfall, and sunshine, making them the ones in charge of any weather-related occurrences. A young Snow Fairy named Sugar, along with her friends Salt and Pepper, aspire to become full-fledged Season Fairies. To achieve this goal, they must find the "Twinkles" that will cause their magical flowers to bloom. However, none of them have any idea what a Twinkle is. They enlist the help of Saga, a human girl who can see Season Fairies, despite her initial reluctance. Together, they search for the elusive Twinkles while perfecting their magic.
