In 2100, Bayside City becomes Japan's main international port. The Angel Arms Company was founded by Takako, a former police officer, with the goal of fighting terrorism using armed security suits. When the mayor is killed, the women at Angel Arms protect Hassan, an evil crime lord, in hopes that he will provide information to bring down a global terrorist organization. As Takako's back is against the wall, a group of criminals plans to assassinate Hassan. The leader of Angel Arms turns out to be Alisa, the former lover of the company's founder.
