After years of relentless effort towards achieving a self-sufficient lifestyle, Kinji Ninomiya has finally accomplished his goals. Now, from the luxurious penthouse of one of his apartment buildings, he looks down on the hustle and bustle of ordinary people commuting during a typhoon. However, his hard work is in vain when an unexpected portal materializes beneath him out of nowhere.
