In the desert of Noman's Land, two journalists named Meryl Stryfe and Roberto De Niro search for the notorious outlaw Vash the Stampede. However, they discover that Vash is not the ruthless terrorist they were expecting. Instead, he is a peaceful drifter who is well-liked by the residents of Jeneora Rock. His negative reputation is due to his twin brother Knives Millions, who committed widespread atrocities. Despite this, Vash is nicknamed "The Humanoid Typhoon" because of his tendency to cause violent chaos wherever he goes. Soon, bounty hunters arrive seeking Vash's head, putting the town and its power plant in danger. Thanks to his gun skills, Vash manages to resist most of these threats. However, he must ultimately face off against his brother Knives Millions, who poses an unstoppable destructive force.
