Ippan Saibou feels envious of how white blood cells are praised for their role in protecting humans from harmful pathogens. He wants to be useful as well and receive recognition for his efforts. While observing a river current, he discovers some infantile-looking bacteria being washed away. Despite the potential risks they pose, Ippan Saibou saves them and brings them safely to shore. However, Hakkekkyuu U-1146 detects their presence and is now hunting for them. Meanwhile, NK Saibou in another part of the body searches for someone based on her intelligence. She believes he is an antigen that the immune system cells have previously encountered and may be seeking revenge.
