After leaving behind her career as a pop idol, fuuka miyazawa takes an unplanned trip to okinawa instead of returning home. stricken with sadness and without direction, she wanders aimlessly until she comes across gama gama aquarium-an aging aquarium facing closure due to low visitors and expensive repairs. the aquarium's director is faced with shutting it down by the end of summer. his granddaughter, kukuru misakino, who loves aquatic life, cannot bear the thought of the aquarium closing and decides to make enough money by the end of the season to keep its doors open. fuuka asks for a job at the aquarium but lacks experience, while kukuru realizes her ambitious goal might be too much to handle. with pressure mounting from all sides, can fuuka and kukuru save their beloved gama gama aquarium?
