Kouichi Mizuki ends his high school basketball career triumphantly, leading his team to victory during their final national championship game. Now free from extracurricular activities, he looks forward to spending more time socializing and perhaps even exploring romantic possibilities. However, fate has other plans for him as a magical circle transports Kouichi to Tildant, the realm of giants. Upon arrival, Kouichi encounters Caius Lao Bistail, the giant king who is responsible for his summons. Overjoyed at the prospect of having Kouichi as his fated bride, Caius asks him to bear his children. It quickly becomes clear that Kouichi's species and gender are not an issue in this relationship, but it remains uncertain whether he will find romance in a relationship destined for tragedy.
Ascendent Animation released Kyojinzoku no Hanayome as The Titans Bride on October 1, 2021 in the US as two versions: a censored DVD version, as well as an uncensored Blu-ray version.
