However, their short-lived break is abruptly cut short when they once again face off against the Chimera Anima. During this battle, Ichigo finds herself in grave peril. Just when all hope seems lost, the enigmatic Blue Knight emerges and rescues her, declaring that he was destined to safeguard her.
