In a world where magic and monsters exist alongside humans, there is a phenomenon known as "the Gate." This event brought forth superhuman powers in ordinary individuals who became known as "Hunters." Sung Jin-Woo, a 20-year-old Hunter with below average power compared to others of his rank, tirelessly hunts monsters in low-rank Gates to pay for his mother's medical bills. However, after believing he was the only one left to die in a failed mission, Jin-Woo wakes up three days later in a hospital and finds a mysterious screen displaying a "Quest Log." This log demands that Jin-Woo complete an intense training program or face severe consequences. Despite initial reluctance due to the rigor of the quests, Jin-Woo discovers that this may be his chance to transform into one of the world's most formidable Hunters.
