The color of the world in which Perception Art resides is vibrant, as it has been around for about a decade and has now become an integral part of people's lives. Kazuya Yamanashi, the son of famous "artists" Mr. and Mrs. Yamanashi, enrolled at Eisen High School with his childhood friend Jun Tsuzuki to pursue a career in Perception Art. Additionally, he hopes to reconnect with an old friend who has been distant since an incident ten years ago. Kyou Takise, a junior student majoring in Perception Art at Eisei High School and the son of a renowned "grader" and creator of Perception Art, is another childhood friend of Kazuya and Jun but has avoided them for many years due to emotional scars from an incident. The colors that meet their eyes are diverse and intertwined as they navigate through this world of art.

Opus.COLORs was released on Blu-ray and DVD in four volumes from July 26, 2023, to October 27, 2023.
