A repulsive otaku transforms into a pig after collapsing while consuming raw pork liver. The porcine protagonist encounters Jess, an unsuspecting young woman with the ability to perceive others' thoughts, who accepts him despite his crude mindset. Although she intends to eventually devour him, Jess values Pig's intelligence and acute sense of smell when he comes to her rescue during a life-threatening predicament.
