A teenager who was previously isolated at school has been given an extraordinary opportunity as a modern-day ninja, with the responsibility of carrying out international assassinations. Following World War II, Japan established a new agency to combat terrorism and violence within its Pacific region. Initially responsible for domestic affairs, this organization eventually expanded to manage 20,000 ninjas across various domains. Among these is Kudo, a seventeen-year-old high school student who has been tasked with defending Tokyo against an imminent threat of foreign assassins.
