From outer space, a being of immense power is approaching our planet. His origins are ancient and beyond comprehension, and his destructive capabilities are unfathomable. He has already annihilated half the universe and now sets his sights on Earth. This entity is known as Genma. Only two individuals, Princess Luna, a modern-day prophetess, and Vega, a cybernetic crusader from a ravaged world, are aware of the impending catastrophe that threatens our planet. In an effort to prevent a similar fate for Earth, Luna and Vega must rally the most potent psychics worldwide to form an army of fledgling warriors. However, with Genma's agents already on Earth, they face a daunting challenge in gathering their champions before it is too late.
