Witches are individuals with unique abilities such as ESP, telekinesis, mind control, among others. A 15-year-old named Robin, who is a skilled craft user, travels from Italy to Japan to work for an organization called STN Japan Division (STN-J) in the place of one of their witch hunters who was recently killed. Unlike other divisions within STN, STN-J focuses on capturing witches alive rather than killing them. Their goal is to understand why and how these individuals developed magical powers in order to improve their own abilities.
