At Aomori High School, where delinquents reign supreme, 16-year-old Tousuke Rokudou struggles with his peers due to his inability to fit in with their ways. His two closest friends are also social outcasts, but they share his frustration at their mistreatment at school. They dream of living peaceful lives at their school but are constantly bullied by their classmates. However, their lives take a dramatic turn when Tousuke receives a package from his late grandfather containing their family heirloom - a scroll said to possess immense power. Upon holding it, a sudden glow emanates from it, leaving a strange mark on his forehead. Thinking that he has received the means to free himself and his friends from their daily torment, Tousuke is taken aback when he discovers that its effects are far different than what he had imagined. Despite his bullying continuing, he realizes that the mark from the scroll acts as a charm, capturing the hearts of delinquent girls, particularly Ranna Himawari, the strongest of them all.
