The day of Mais high school graduation has finally come. As Sakuta eagerly anticipates seeing his girlfriend, an elementary schooler who looks just like her appears before him. Feeling suspicious and confused, he wonders why this child is here and what her intentions are. Meanwhile, Sakuta's father and Kaede's father call to say that their mother wants to see Kaede. She was recently hospitalized due to the stress of Kaede's condition, so it's unclear what she could possibly want now.
