In search for information about a mysterious girl, computer genius Joe Takami hacks into a top secret computer system and discovers evidence of a secret government experiment. This leads him to run for his life as everyone turns against him, including his best friend and personal computer. With high-tech ninjas pursuing him, Joe must rely on his unpredictable powers to evade the assassins and save himself from being terminated in a human genetic experiment named after him.
