For the first time in eight years, medical student Yusaku is returning home to take part in a summer internship at his uncle's clinic. On the train ride back, he becomes infatuated with a young lady seated opposite him but lacks the confidence to approach her. When he arrives in his hometown, he reconnects with childhood friends and encounters stunning nurses, patients, and enigmatic young girls. It won't be long before Yusaku crosses paths with the captivating woman from the train.
