The innkeeper, Yuriko, runs an establishment owned by her deceased husband, which isn't doing well financially. To improve business, she must offer unique services to customers. One day, a man with amnesia arrives at the inn and stays there. Despite trying to conceal her additional responsibilities from him, Yuriko develops feelings for this stranger. Eventually, he discovers her secret and assists her in enhancing the quality of service she provides.
