A new student arrives at Mitsuba Elementary School. At first glance, she appears to be an ordinary girl. However, she is an exceptional athlete and has the ability to communicate with animals. She claims to be the 33rd descendant of the famous ninja, Sarutobi Sasuke. Additionally, her dog, Puku, can also speak. Since she doesn't have a home, she spends the night at Miko-chan's room. Despite being turned out of the room once, they thank her for putting out the fire and allow her to stay at their house. Eventually, she becomes well known at school.
